Abstract
● Abstract submission will be closed on 25 October 2025. No late submissions will be considered unless an extension is announced. ● Submission will be handled through the EasyChair platform. A maximum of two abstracts can be submitted per account. The abstracts will be peer reviewed by the International Scientific Committee (ISC). Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit full papers before 24 January 2026 for further review. Only accepted full papers will be eligible for oral presentation opportunities at the symposium and inclusion in the official symposium proceedings.
● The abstract must be prepared using the official symposium template. The length of the abstract should not exceed 350 words (excluding title and author information). Do not include figures, tables, equations or references in the abstract. Submissions that do not follow the template will be rejected without review.
● Ensure all submitted abstracts are original and have not been published previously. For any inquiries regarding abstract submission, please contact the symposium secretariat at ishs2026@163.com.
Full paper
● Full paper submission will be open upon notification of abstract acceptance and will close on 24 January 2026. No late submissions will be accepted unless an official extension is announced by the organizers. ● Please submit your full paper using the same EasyChair account for abstract submission. The paper title must match exactly with the title of your accepted abstract. All full papers will undergo peer review by the International Scientific Committee (ISC). Papers without a preceding accepted abstract will not be considered. Authors may be required to submit revisions based on review feedback. Only accepted full papers will qualify for oral presentation at the symposium and junior workshop and inclusion in the official proceedings.
● The full paper must be prepared using the official symposium template. Submissions that do not follow the template will be rejected without review.
● The full paper must be a minimum of 6 pages and should not exceed 10 pages in the official template format, including all content.
