Register and Pay
Click the button below and you will see two login options for the registration page:
Option 1. Login/Register button: Enter your email and click the Verify button to receive a temporary verification code sent to your email. Copy and paste the code, then click Login to start registration. Chinese delegates may also use their mobile phone numbers to receive the code. Verification of email/phone number is required each time you login.
Option 2. Password Login button: For first-time login, click Forgot Password to set up your account using your email or Chinese mobile phone number, and create a new password. This password will remain valid for all future logins.
Once payment is completed, a confirmation message will be sent to the above email or phone number. If this email address differs from the one provided during registration, the confirmation will be sent to the former, while the latter will be used for all subsequent communications by the LOC.
